Wishing you prosperity!

Or as the Chinese would say, "Gong Xi Fa Ca!" Today is the first day of the Chinese New Year, marking the start of 15 days of celebration for the Year of the Dragon. In the Chinese calendar it is the year 4709.
We've always rather loved dragon imagery and Jonathan's charming little Chinese dragon appears on his very popular 'Nine Interesting Things' wood engraving, and on the large silkscreen prints based on it. We also have a few dragon cushions.
People born in the Year of the Dragon are said to be strong, self-assured, eccentric, intellectual and passionate. Dragon themed presents seem appropriate for anyone you know with a birthday coming up who was born in 2000, 1988, 1976, 1964, 1952 (who are having their own little Diamond Jubilee moment this year), 1940, 1928, 1916...
